Concern
Concern is Ireland’s leading aid agency, working in many of the poorest countries in Africa and Asia in both long term development and emergency projects. Today Concern is working in 26 countries. Craigie Communications has co-ordinated the pr for Concern’s annual 24 hour fast, one of Ireland’s biggest fundraisers since 2003. Since then we have been contracted as an ongoing consultant to their marketing team working on various projects throughout the year.

Hunter has joined up with Concern to Give Poverty the Boot by launching their fashion range of wellies. For every pair purchased a donation is being made to Concern for ongoing projects in the developing world.

Belle Isle School of Cookery

Belle Isle School of Cookery is Northern Ireland’s first ever purpose built School of Cookery, owned by the Duke of Abercorn on the Belle Isle Estate, Co Fermanagh. Launched in 2003 Craigie Communications devised a marketing strategy prior to its opening and has since developed and maintained lines of communication in Ireland and Internationally with key target audiences.

The Dublin Employment Pact

The Dublin Employment Pact was established in 1998 to tackle employment and development issues in the Dublin Region. Since 2001 Craigie Communications has been advising them on various public relation issues and organises several conferences, workshops and seminars throughout the Dublin Region.

The Dublin Cookery School

Craigie Communications launched the Dublin Cookery School to the media in 2007. The Cookery School is located in Blackrock and offers month long, day and evening courses. The Dublin Cookery School is set in a beautifully converted warehouse carefully designed by the cookery school's owner - Linda Booth. Craigie Communications drafted a public relations and marketing strategy for DCS, and implemented a successful launch campaign which initiated coverage in the Irsih Times (both in the news & profiling sections), the Sunday Business Post Agenda and the Sunday Tribune to name but a few.

The Clondalkin Partnership
The Clondalkin Partnership appointed Craigie Communications to handle the public relations and event management activities to launch their report ‘In Trouble from Day One’. The successful launch took place at an all day conference and ensured publicity in various national and local media.

Archways
The launch of Archways by Minister for Health and Children, Mary Harney, TD took place in November 2007. Archways was established in early 2007 to facilitate the widespread delivery of the Incredible Years programme which is a prevention and early intervention programme that meets the needs of children and young people who are experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties. Craigie Communications coordinated the event management in the Dept of Education and the public relations strategy - generating coverage in the Irish Times news section and featured in the Irish Times Health Supplement. The launch was also covered by Valerie Cox from the Pat Kenny Programme on RTE Radio 1, in addition to TV3 news and soundbytes on local radio stations nationally.
